1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation and tracking notification once shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and carrier. Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping (US & EU): 5–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days (subject to customs)
Deliveries are managed through reliable partners including USPS, DHL, FedEx, and CJ Dropshipping.
3. Tracking Information
Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and carrier link. Tracking typically activates within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Modavestre (operated by MOUNTARARAT LLC) is not responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All import charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
We carefully inspect all shipments. However, MOUNTARARAT LLC is not liable for damages or losses during transit. Please contact support@modavestre.com within 7 days of delivery if issues arise.
6. Returns & Failed Deliveries
If an order returns due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, we’ll contact you for reshipment options. See our Refund Policy for full details.
