Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Modavestre, operated by MOUNTARARAT LLC. This policy explains how returns, refunds, exchanges, and replacements are handled.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 calendar days from delivery. To begin, email support@modavestre.com with your order number. Do not send items back without RMA authorization.

2. Return Conditions

• Items must be unused and in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation/receipt) required.
• Include all accessories, manuals, and tags.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards or digital downloads
• Health/beauty/personal-care items once opened
• Final-sale or clearance products (unless defective)
• Customized/special orders (unless defective)

4. Exchanges (Size/Color/Defect)

For exchanges or defects, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo/video proof. Verified issues qualify for a replacement or exchange.

5. Return Shipping & RMA

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Once approved, we will issue an RMA number and return address. Returns without RMA may be refused.

6. Refunds (Timing & Method)

Refunds are processed to your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, PayPal, Klarna, Paymentwall, 2Checkout/Verifone, Shopify Payments) within 3–5 business days after inspection. Banks may take an extra 5–7 business days to post refunds.

7. Disputes & Chargebacks

For disputes, please contact us before filing a chargeback. We may submit order, shipment, and delivery proofs to providers (Klarna, PayPal, 2Checkout, Paymentwall) to resolve matters fairly. Fraudulent disputes may lead to account restrictions.

8. International Returns

International returns must be marked as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges. Duties, taxes, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
